At Luxe Fireplaces, we strive for complete satisfaction with your premium heating solutions; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repackage your fireplace or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective padding are included.

  Schedule Pickup

  For large hearth units, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your property; smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
