While Luxe Fireplaces does not provide direct installation, we partner with a nationwide network of certified NFI (National Fireplace Institute) technicians to ensure your unit is installed safely and correctly.
How long does shipping take for oversized fireplace units?
Standard shipping for our luxury units typically takes 7-14 business days. Due to their size and weight, these items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for custom fireplace mantels?
Custom-made mantels and bespoke units are non-refundable. However, standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed.
Are your electric fireplaces energy efficient?
Yes, our electric models use advanced LED technology and zone heating, allowing you to warm specific rooms efficiently without the heat loss associated with traditional chimneys.
What kind of warranty comes with a Luxe Fireplace?
All of our products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and defects. Many of our premium gas and wood-burning models include extended 5-year or lifetime limited warranties.
Do I need a chimney to install one of your fireplaces?
Not necessarily. We offer a wide range of ventless gas fireplaces and electric models that require no chimney or external venting, making them perfect for apartments and modern renovations.
